Our pricing policy is simple. Hourly rate, Per Hour, Per employee. Includes the Salary and Benefits, Support Teams, Workstations, Desktop with Internet, Utilities, Cleaning and Security. What is not included in the call costs (inbound and outbound) and NO fine print to worry about. 

Recruitment:

Our recruitment team evaluates all candidates during an initial interview by asking them specific and general questions based on the demands of each client. All the questions asked by our recruitment team are aimed at determining whether the candidates have the best personal background, communication skills, behavioral traits, and professional experience or background for the job. 

In general, it will take six (6) weeks to deploy.  Including hiring process and training. 

Certainly. The recruitment team is trained how and when to deal with clients and be self-sufficient, even if they work remotely, to maintain a positive and harmonious relationship with the supervisor and higher-ups in general.  

We offer our services using both premises-based and home-based solutions, and all the employees, irrespective of their workplace, will have their own proprietary tool, WorkShiftly, for the performance management process. 

Our recruitment team uses a system known as "recruitment tiger," in which teams provide their endorsements within a day and the supervisor reports it to the higher management. The recruitment team, led by the supervisor, is in constant communication for updates and open discussion about how to enhance the recruitment process and sourcing strategies, especially for challenging positions.
