- People-oriented and results-driven
- 5 years or more of demonstrable experience in a related field
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent language proficiency, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Proven working experience as HR Manager/Assistant HR Manager in the field of Call center would be a definite plus
The Job
- Monitor overall HR strategies, functions, systems, and procedures across the organization
- Enhance HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Nurture a positive working environment through employee engagement
- Manage the end-to-end HR functions from recruitment and selection process to termination
- Oversee and manage the performance appraisal process.
- Maintain employee welfare and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs coordinating with the training and development department. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management
