Assistant Manager – Human Resources

The Person

  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • 5 years or more of demonstrable experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent language proficiency, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager/Assistant HR Manager in the field of Call center would be a definite plus

 

The Job

  • Monitor overall HR strategies, functions, systems, and procedures across the organization
  • Enhance HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Nurture a positive working environment through employee engagement
  • Manage the end-to-end HR functions from recruitment and selection process to termination
  • Oversee and manage the performance appraisal process.
  • Maintain employee welfare and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs coordinating with the training and development department. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management
