Bookkeeper and Admin Support (WFH)

• Bookkeeping and accounting: Experience in reconciling in Xero accounting software. General understanding of accounting and willingness and aptitude to learn Trust Accounting software.

• Customer Relations: High quality written and verbal communication. There will be guest communication involved in the role that will primarily requirewritten and some verbal communication.

Tasks may include the following:
– Reconciling Xero Accounts
– Reconciling Trust Accounting
– Responding to guest questions / communications
– Completing sales appraisal (training provided)
– Updating CRM
– VA tasks such as managing inbox and booking appointments
– Completing new property onboarding tasks
