  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Fluency in Sinhala (English or Tamil will be an added advantage)
  • Experience in the Call Center industry would be an added advantage
  • Minimum qualification – GCE O/L
  • Exposure to an insurance background would be an added advantage
  • Should be within 20KM radius
