Key Qualifications
  • A high school diploma, a general education degree, or an equivalent qualification is required
  • Ability to remain calm when interacting with stressed or upset customers
  • Uses a computer with ease
  • Solid understanding of customer service
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
  • Can start as soon as possible
 Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain a cheerful, compassionate, and professional approach toward consumers
  • Customer inquiries are appropriately answered
  • Understanding and resolving client complaints
  • Know our items inside and out so you can respond to inquiries
  • Orders, forms, applications, and requests are all processed
  • Customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints are all documented
  • As needed, communicating and collaborating with colleagues
  • Providing feedback on the customer service process’ efficiency
