Digital Marketing Lead

The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive performance metrics such as conversions, ROI, and customer acquisition. This role involves leveraging various digital channels and analytics tools to maximize campaign effectiveness and meet business objectives.  

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve performance targets. 
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. 
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product teams to align marketing efforts. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative strategies. 
  • Designing and managing all parts of our digital marketing, including marketing databases, emails, and display advertising campaigns. 
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance. 
  • Developing and managing campaigns based on client needs and budget, including advertising, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing (SMM), and display advertising. 
  • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising. 
  • Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance. (ROI and KPIs) 
  • Working with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies. 
  • Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world. 
  • Manage the marketing initiatives of FBC, Kerner Norland and other affiliated companies. 



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus. 
  • A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, specifically in performance marketing roles. 
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics. 
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. 
  • Must be flexible in working with other affiliated companies of FBC Philippines in all its Marketing activities across the globe. 
  • Must be able to work independently and with very minimal supervision.

  • Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

  • SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Moz) 
  • Marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo) 


Skills & Attributes:

  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads). 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance tracking. 
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and tools. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
