Lead Generation Specialist

We offer a permanent remote work arrangement for this role.

Working remotely can be more exciting and fun with different employee’s engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads by prospecting, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels.
  • Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their needs and priorities.
  • Organize and keep the lead status updated in the email marketing software, CRMs, and customer data platforms used by the organization.
  • Understand the pain points faced by the prospects during communication.
  • Generate target outputs for appointments with decision makers.
  • Develop and maintain members’ database prospecting for the company ensuring that all new entries in the database are of an acceptable standard in terms of accuracy.
  • Line up F2F meetings or calls with potential clients in N.America, Europe and Middle-East.
  • Target C/C-1 level folks in these firms. Few designations to go after:

Head of Strategy/Chief Strategy Officer

Head of Market Research/Research function

Head of Business development

Competitive Insights Director

Head of Innovation

Head of Insights and Analytics

Head of Marketing/CMO

Head of Sales/Chief Sales officer

Chief Revenue officer

Head of Sustainability

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.
  • Must be good in team coordination.
  • Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work in shifts to cater to all 3 regions i.e. N.America, Middle East and Europe.

Experience:

  • Experience in working for a research or consulting clients.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience (minimum) in a pre-sales, customer service, outbound or lead generation specialist role.
  • Prior experience calling and setting up meetings in these 3 regions i.e. N.America, Middle East and Europe will be a big plus.
