Outbound Call Specialist

As Outbound Call Specialist, your role includes:

  • Following the call script, using the leads provided;
  • Qualify the leads based on 3 to 5 questions;
  • Transfer the qualified leads to the appropriate team;
  • Document and update internal and client trackers.

To qualify as an Outbound Call Specialist, you need to have:

  • At least a year of experience in outbound calls;
  • Conversational skills;
  • Experience in a business-to-customer (B2C) setting;
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an advantage.

Work schedule:  Night Shift (2 days off)
